Matthew grew up in Bendigo, and began dancing at Ann Marree Dancers from the age of 6. Studying jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, acrobatics & hip hop.

He did various competitions around the state and Australia.

​

After graduating high school, Matthew studied performing arts at Patrick Studios Australia.

​

He has worked with Norwegian Cruise Line from 2014-2019 completing various contracts and performing all over the world. In 2018 he performed at Disneyland Paris in the tap show Mickey's Christmas Big Band - which was an incredible experience to live in Paris and dance everyday at Disneyland.

​

2020 was Matthews last professional contract for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and due to the pandemic he shifted focus onto other priorities in life.

​

He is so excited to be teaching the younger generation and to pass on his knowledge and skills.
